Here is this Sunday’s list of interesting money articles for you.
- 30 Free eBooks To Learn Everything You Want to Know About Personal Finance @ The Mint Blog. A massive collection of financial eBooks. Some of them are incredibly resourceful. Check all of them out - should take about a couple of days (perhaps a week if you read them carefully).
- Want to be a Guru? Start Insulting People! by Jim @ Blueprint for Financial Prosperity. Have you noticed financial gurus talk rude to people who approach them for advice? Jim noticed it and makes a sharp remark about the attitude in his post. For some reason (in my opinion) people encourage gurus/bloggers who use such strong-worded “advice”. Probably they (the people who watch and encourage) get some wicked pleasure out of it. Stuff like “he is stupid”, “you are an idiot”, “they are morons”, “I hate…” attract a lot of followers. And it’s not just about financial people - *cough* American Idol *cough*.
- Lessons Learned from Diet Books: How to Think Like a Rich Person by Madame X @ My Open Wallet. Some interesting parallels between diet and finances.
- Bad, Bad China by Andrea Dickson @ WiseBread. People are having trouble with Chinese products and the list is growing by the day - catfish, toothpaste, fever medicine, pickles, crackers, tires, toys, tomato paste … and probably many more not yet noticed.
- What to Do with Plagiarization? by Sun @ The Sun’s Financial Diary. Someone is stealing Sun’s content and posting it as his/her own. That’s bad blogger behavior. Some new bloggers who may be tempted to do something like this - beware, people are watching you. Recently, some of my fellow bloggers have discovered a whole bunch of little-known websites stealing content (posting word-to-word copies) from some reputable financial websites - that’s calling for a lot of trouble down the line.
- Who Buys Fake Goods? Plus How To Spot Counterfeit Products by SVB @ The Digerati Life. Do you satisfy your “brand thirst” by buying almost-similar fake versions? If yes, then SVB has a few words of wisdom for you.
- Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About Getting Started With Quickbooks by Ben @ Money Smart Life. A comprehensive guide to using Quickbooks for tracking your business’s financial transactions.
- Would You Get a Joint Savings Account With Your Significant Other? by MBH @ Mighty Bargain Hunter. Sharing your finances with your partner? How feasible is that? Read what MBH has to say about this. An important question that should go along with such questions is “Do you trust your partner enough?”
- First Ever Contest - Grand Prize valued at Over $200 by Lazy @ Lazy Man and Money. Head over to Lazy Man’s if you are feeling lucky and/or you are looking for a “high-end leather briefcase” worth $200.

Golbguru,
Great Sunday review again. I guess My Wealth Builder will never be recognized as a “financial guru.”
