Here are some more interesting photographs from our Philly/NY trip - photos which did not belong in the last post containing money photos from New York City.
The first two snaps were taken in NYC (right below the National Debt Clock shown in the previous post) ~ without more words, I will let you savor the moment.

The next photograph below was taken on our way back to Philadelphia airport ~ notice anything amiss?

A Pennsylvania State worker bought their Honda in New Jersey?
Do I win?
Laura
Shouldn’t the dates on that plate be the same? Maybe in PA you get stickers for different things but here in LA it can only expire once.
honda avalon? since when?
- s.b.
Honda doesn’t make an Avalon… Someone must have bought a Taiwanese knockoff, hehe.
Yeah this is a grim site but as an nyc resident not very shocking..
About the cars sticking to each other - well, I have observed that many times in different cities, but in all other cases, the drivers tend to create some space - and you would never see a situation in which the car was just parked and left in the situation as shown in the snap.
Some of you got it right - Honda doesn’t make Avalon - Toyota does. It was probably a Honda Civic trying to pretend to be an Avalon

Wrong!

Avalon Honda is the name of a dealership in Avalon New Jersey. I see those Avalon marked Hondas everywhere around here.

Laura: OK, now that’s a bummer
Let’s blame the confusion on the NJ folks - as it is they gave us a hard time driving on the NJ Turnpike - in spite of the handsome toll.
Thanks for the opportunity to guest host. Glad you had a nice trip.
